Dubai Metro is undoubtedly a great project and it was expected that Dubai Metro will change the property prices but the results are not exactly the same. It was expected that the properties (both commercial & residential) will see a rise in value but at the same time, a condition was considered that rise in property prices depends upon the number of people who will use the Metro.
It was also seen that there is a slight increase in the property prices along the Metro stations.
