I just wanted to thank you, Bayut.com for ur website! I found it user-friendly and helpful...Although I still haven't found what I am looking for, but I appreciated the effort that you have put to make a useful website.
As a suggestion, it would nice to add the word (furnished) as a search option in the "wanted" section as this is what I am looking for.

I am agreed with you and I also want to thank bayut.com for its great efforts and contribution to help investors, buyers, sellers etc. find their desired properties. Bayut community is great to get any type of information and consultation about Dubai property and real estate industry. Your suggestion is also valid and Bayut.com must think over it.
I also feel the same. I always had a valuable time at Bayut.com in sharing and acquiring information regrading UAE property, particularly Dubai real estate that is the hub of business activities in the whole region. Bayut.com had really played a creditable role in widening such a cooperative knowledge about Dubai real estate.
You all are right about the Bayut's magnificent services and user friendly interface. Besides, I would like to comment on the suggestion given by Lina, i think there is no need to add such word as you can easily refine your search by adding "Furnished" in the Keyword Search tab on left side of the page. Then the result will display all properties which are furnished.
