If an investor doesn't reside in Dubai or not want to go there physically to invest in real estate market, is there some handy online platform or banking system by which he can watch, select, sale & purchase the property while staying in his own country ?

Hi Ahad,

I am not sure if there is any such software or platform available in Dubai through which you can keep an eye on the market and invest simultaneously.

If you need any official information about whats going on in the real estate market then RERA's website is the prime resource for such information.
