I read lot about bayut, seems the pefect place where to post my query.
I'll relocate soon, the best place I found was Ewan residence or IMPZ confued between the 2 of them, related to my budgets and needs.
Can someone plz, support on the folowing:
1.How much would be average utilities monthly for 2 BR apt (Dewa, chiller, TV, Internet)
2. Is ther any traffic heading to Timesquare mall, would work near by
3. What is average fees of english curriculum kindegarden
I can give you a rough idea about the kind of costs you would be expecting for a 2 bed apartment, however these cost will vary according to consumption.
1. You average DEWA bill with moderate consumption should be around AED 300 to 500 per month, mostly chiller cost is included in the DEWA bill, however if you need to pay this amount separately then you would need to discuss this with the building maintenance provider. TV and internet cost with a basic package would be around AED 300 per month.
2. Traffic towards Time Square Mall would not be a problem, you can take both Sheikh Zayed or Emirates Road/Al Khail Rd and should reach your destination within 15 minutes.
3. Average fee for an English curriculum kindergarten would again vary from one school to another, but for a decent school in your vicinity you are looking at AED 10,000 + per annum.
