This law will enforce the concerned companies or people to construct such building structures that must be energy efficient and their surroundings must be greener and highly eco-friendly. This law will also make the owners of already built buildings to refurbish if these are not following the international standards of keeping the environment safe for living creatures.

This law is much beneficial for all and especially for the foreign investors becasue they are more concerned with the overall global environment. This law shows the Dubai Government's interest in making Dubai eco friendly and greener. In my point of view, it will definitely attract more investors to come back to Dubai and invest there.
