Real Estate authorities are putting in a lot of regulations to ensure things improve fast in Real Estate. What do you think about the long term impact of these laws on Dubai's real estate?

Hi,

In my opinion the laws should have been introduced years ago as they only provide protection to both the buyers and sellers and builds up credibility and confidence for investors and developers.

Having said that, its never too late to bring a positive change and I presume Dubai market will always remain an investors market in the long run because of many factors like it being a financial hub for the Middle East.

Laws and regulations will only help to stabilize and solidify the market and provide a more level playing field to all parties involved.

I am totally in for the reforms and hope the future will support this.

I totally am in accord with that. I think this would certainly improve the overall market confidence and go a long way in attracting investments for real estate from abroad.

Thank you for your reply.
