The first villa construction on the man made Island of Germany has started and it is about to complete around the fourth quarter of 2010. The dead line for all 20 villas is 2011. Do you think, they will be delivered in time? They are anticipated to be amongst the most expensive properties in Dubai? What would it like to be investing in such properties where a lot of these "still to construct" villas have already been sold!!
As per my information City Diamond Contracting LLC has been appointed as the contractor of these Villas. The first villa which is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2010 will be a show home. City Diamond Contracting LLC has a proven track record and it has constructed a lot of high-end luxury projects including 65 ultra-luxury villas in Emirates Hills and other unique projects.
So, as an answer to your question that whether they will be able to deliver it in time or not I will say that they are capable of achieving the milestone and I am quite positive that they will deliver the project in time.
I have just read the news about this construction. Kleindienst Group has appointed Dubai-based City Diamond Contracting to start construction of villas on Germany.
City Diamond contracting are the one who built marvelous villas in Emirates Hills. Lets see how fruitful would be this construction.
