I was actually able to compile monthly rental data for 2012. Now i need the other years.

I basically need monthly rental data for al reem island, al raha and al reef (squarefeet and price)

Here at bayut, you can find monthly rental data of the given areas but for few months of 2012 only. I do not think so that previous year's monthly data is available over here.

I think if you go to city and the location and sort it by "oldest" there are some adds which are quite old. The prices are expensive compared to current month, so it must be at least 8-9 months old. Unfortunately there are no dates on the adds. How can i find the date of the following add. When was it posted?
