Hi Zeeshan,

Can you suggest names of a few good real estate agents? I have a loan approved of a certain amount and have a budget, but now I can't seem to find a property where I would like to buy in that budget and the bank won't approve more loans. What does one do in this case? Before getting the loan approved, I had a few properties chalked out, but now they are either sold or the seller has changed his mind about selling. I went according to what was available, and got a loan sanctioned for that amount.

Hi Allwyn,

I would recommend visiting the agents section http://www.bayut.com/agents.html

There are many agents listed there who are quite active on Bayut and should be able to help you out. In particular the featured agents on the main page should be quite helpful.

As far as surveys are concerned, banks do carry out surveys through mortgage companies and charge around 3000 to 4000 AED for this. This cost will have to be borne by you as a buyer.
