May move to Abu Dhabi in few months. I would like to buy a 3 bed room property for 1.5 to 2 million AED. Do I have lots of choices? If so which area is the best? Is it safe to buy off-plan?

Hi,

Its absolutely safe to buy off-plan however due to the current economic downturn you might face a few delays in the completion of the properties.

If you are looking for immediate returns then I would recommend going for completed properties.

You can contact a few agents who specifically deal in Abu Dhabi properties and get a better idea of which areas and locations are most attractive in terms of investment. Please refer to the agents section for further details about different agents.
