Hi Emma,

The listed rent prices are based on annual basis. Look at description of property on Bayut to know if the landlord is charging the rent on annual or bi-annual basis. It is totally on the discretion of the landlord to charge as he like. On property description there is always written that the rental price is annual, monthly or bi-annual.
