Will I get 1 or 2 bed apartment in Goldcrest Executive, JLT and Dubai @ AED 800 per sq. ft?

I believe the going rate is higher than 800/sq.ft especially for a 1 bed apartment. I have come across a 2 bed in the price bracket of 800 to 900 but I believe that was a distress sale.

The price is ranging between 1000 to 1200 at the moment.
