I have two properties in Dubai Land Skycourts so I would like to know about Dubai property market. Do you think the rates of properties will go up soon because I purchased at very high rate and are there any serious buyers in market?

Hi,

Welcome to the community Heena.

As per my information Dubai property market has shown some improvement and is still on its way towards recovery. The process of recovery is quite slow but steady and I don't expect a sudden increase in the property prices in Dubai in near future.

Answering your question about serious buyers I would say yes there are a lot of them now because with the market improvement buyers are also regaining their confidence in Dubai property market.

Currently Dubai real estate is a long term investment market. If you are looking to sell your properties on higher rates then I would suggest you to rent out both your properties now so that you generate some income out of them and put them on sale in future once the market recovers completely.

I hope you like my suggestion.

Hi Heena,
It has been seen that currently demand for small apartments is increasing in Dubai which is a positive sign ensuring Dubai property market recovery.

So I would also suggest to rent out your properties and wait for the right time or you may sell them if it is urgent. You may find many serious buyers here as well. Just post your property listings and let the interested buyers reach you.

Thanks,

Avelina

Hi,

This topic has been discussed numerous times here and I would advise to search for similar posts to get a broader idea.

In my opinion, very quickly, now is not the right time to sell if you afford to hold long-term. Property is still recovering and it will take sometime before you can minimize your loses.
