Just for a second thought, you may also search different properties in bayut.com in the similar area and analyze what price is prevailing in that location. Or further you may conduct your own survey, visit different properties in the similar area and analyze what price you can charge for your property.

I have one more suggestion that it is wise to not to sell your property at this time in Sharjah as UAE is in worst crisis nowadays and it's not possible to get full return out of your property right now. Therefore, I would suggest you to wait for UAE real estate industry to recover and sell it only if you are left with no other option.
However, you can rent out your property against some handsome and significant amount of money and you can check out current renting rates in Sharjah right here is "Rent" section of this Bayut property portal.
