The tower for the moment is stopped at basement to wait building permit. I have final contract whit completion date, but what change to have a date if a date can 't be respected , and the dalay is 1 or 2 years .?
There are currently a lot of projects in Dubai and UAE which have been delayed due to certain problems. It is really frustrating if the construction projects get delayed. I would recommend you to contact your contractor and the management of the project and ask them complete details about the project completion. If they fail to respond you in an effective way then you should file a case with RERA against the contractor. I have seen a lot of investors doing this. RERA then asks them reasons for project delays and decides a final project completion date. If the contractors fail to fulfill their obligations then RERA takes actions against them.
