What is the procedure of selling a property. Do you need a solicitor or can it all be done through the estate agent. I have a one bed apartment in Spain cluster (international city). Please recommend any good estate agents.
You don't need a solicitor to sell a property in UAE and all you need to do is contact a few agents and let them handle everything from promotion, marketing to the final sale.
when selling a property, make sure you conduct your deal through a RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) registered agent. You can find plenty of them in the agents section on Bayut.com.
