I Am Trying To Find Out Value Of My One Bed Apartment In Spain Cluster.

I am trying to find out value of my one bed apartment in Spain cluster. It is on 3rd floor with balcony, building T3. Size of built up property is 743 square feet and approx size of apartment is 927 square feet. There is a lot of variation of prices, please let me know what is the value of my property in your opinion?

Hi,

You are correct, there is definitely a lot of variation in the prices as different sellers have different demands and it really depends how desperate they are to sell their property.

I think you should be able to fetch between 500K to 600K depending on how quickly you want to sell your apartment.

Hi,

they are going very cheaplly now. Buyers asking below 400,000 AED but you could get buyer who is focusing on the actual unit and not price as much.
