Hi, I am just giving you my opinion based on my experience that getting a property with swimming pool might be slightly difficult in this price. Not many properties have swimming pools so that makes things even more difficult.

However, community pools are always there and can be used freely by the residents.

Do let us know if you manage to find a property with a pool in this range.
