The properties I recommended to you are only available for rent, in order to buy a property after living there for one month, you will need to contact property agents directly and they might come up with a property as you desire.
Actually, it is rarely a case that a property available for rent is also available for sale. No landlord generally allows the tenants to live for one month and wait for their decision that they are going to buy or not.
