Hi Heather Brooks,

You should directly contact with the agent to know if pets are allowed or not and other details about the apartment. You have to pay the commission to the agent for providing you the services of helping you in the transaction and finding of the home. But do ask in clear terms about the amount of the commission and if there is any other hidden fee to be charged. This way you would know beforehand, what in total you really have to pay.

Here is the contact address of the agent so you can know more about your queries.

Contact Person: Future View Real Estate Est.

Phone: +971 2 6272992

Fax: 97126272993

Cell: +971 50 6143506

I hope this helps answer all your questions completely.

Regards,

Al Khalid

Hi Heather,

The commission is an amount that you will have to pay to this agency for finalizing your rent deal with this apartment's owner. While your next query that pets are allowed or not, can be answered by the agent or the owner only.

You have asked about the furnishings, 1 Bedroom Apartment is furnished along with the facilities like pool, gym and elevator in small compound. You can get the rest of the details by contacting the listing agent. Contact details are already given to you by Al-Khalid.

Hope it works for you.

Best Regards,
Arub!

Dear Heather,
The answers to your questions can be provided by Future View Real Estate Est as Al Khalid has mentioned in his comment. Furnishing means the apartment is beautifully maintained besides its features mentioned by Arub and you may visit the property to see the furnished apartment.

Furthermore, the owner can tell you more precisely whether the property is pet-friendly or not.

Thank you,
Avelina

Hi,

Wanted to add another point, the commission that will be paid to the agency has been allowed by the real estate regulatory authority RERA.

Commissions in most cases are paid by the buyer and the seller is not required to pay. However different agencies operate in a different manner and the general commission rate is 2% for buying a property and 5% for renting a property.
