How much rent can I get for a 1 bed apartment in International City and Discovery Gardens? I am looking to buy an apartment for investment and would like to know about the rental minus any other expenses/charges like council tax.
For investment purposes, I would seriously consider Discovery Gardens over International City. At this time, you can find pretty good deals at either one. However, the location of Discovery Gardens is more desirable and would probably be easier to rent. You are also more likely to attract professional tenants which typically take good care of units. Of course, there are better buildings within each of the communities, so don't assume they are all the same.
