I have studio(385 sq ft) located in MD1, marina area, dubai and wish to rent it. how much: the current rate, % agent's commission, deposit sum and finally how long it takes to be rented.

The average current rent of a studio apartment in Marina Diamond 1 is between 36,000AED to 45,000AED that varies according to flat condition and the number of floor on which it is situated.
5% agent's commission plus 5% deposit sum (that tenant will owe to landlord and landlord will have to give it to tenant, once the contract period will be over) are the basic charges.
I cannot give you a certain time duration during which your apartment will be rented out. But i will advise you to advertise your property and contact few agents to rent out your apartment.
