Hi, yesterday I received letter from developer that my unit is ready for pre-inspection. My problem is: I am outside UAE and not be able to come in next month or longer. Can you advise to me a good trust full agent who can take care of collecting the keys from developer and managing renting out this unit? What process of all this is and that should I be aware?
I left the message to Arcus Properties (found them on Bayut.com). What can you tell about them? Thank you very much for your help.
i guess its fine to keep the keys with the developer they are the sole resposible for your property untill you come back ...its fine to be late as long as you finish your payments..they can wait for you untill you come...not that big deal bro..enjoy
you should take the journey and come to Dubai. It is definetely worth it. You should come and check the unit, do snagging (there might be things that are not done as they should be and if you don't list them now, they will never be repaired, replaced etc).
No agent can take this responsibility as you would.
Then we can meet up and I can rent your property :-)
