Hello
We will move to Dubai in a few months with our family. Old Town Dubai seems like a great place to live. Anyone living in this area that would like to share their experience ? Thanks.

Hi Peter,

I do not have personal experience to live there but as much as I know about this locality is that the locality has several amenities and located at a very good location in the city. The developers have merged comfort living with style and modern facilities. Your dream home must have ample parking space and number of lifestyle services. The amenities include private pools, a 25 metre lap pool, children's pool, gym, spa, squash courts and aerobics rooms. Other than this you can also find games rooms, relaxation areas, movie theater, a BBQ zone and a shaded kid's play area. ere Arabic design of old blends perfectly with the very best of modern urban planning, heralding the dawn of a new architectural era.To get relax, you can stroll down to the open spaces of Parks and enjoy the time.

Anything else you want to know, get back to us with any else query.

Regards,
Arub!

Hello
I am in Dubai till tomorrow evening. Are you a real estate agent ? I would be very interested in visiting the area and possibly a few houses tomorrow evening after 18h.

Hi Peter,

As advised by Arub, Old Town Dubai is an ideal location to live at. You will be really close to the Dubai Mall which is a great plus, however if you need to travel by Metro then you would need to keep 5 to 10 minutes of traveling time aside.

It depends where your office is located, as there are other equally nice areas to live at, which might be closer to your office.

Also how big is your family? Do you have school going children. If yes then have you looked into which school they will be going to? Just a few thoughts before you finalize your decision.
