If you cannot visit the country, then your best approach would be to engage an agent to rent out your property effectively. You can always post your property here on the portal and start receiving inquiries, however you will not be able to complete a deal as the potential tenant would want to visit the property before renting it out.
I would advise to find an agent near your property, call them and discuss your situation. they will e-mail you a contract and after you have signed it, you can post them a copy of your keys. You do not need to visit UAE, just send the keys and let them find a tenant for you.
You would need to pay the agency 5% commission on the annual rental amount of the property. Once you have found an agency which you would like to deal with and you need further information about whether the agency is reliable or not then simply drop a message here on the forum and we will let you know about the reputation of the agency.

There are quite a few reputable agencies operating in JLT. Just visit the following link and you can contact any agency on the first page to hand over your property to them
Just be careful about one thing, don't deal with too many agents in one go as by doing so things normally get very messy and you will not able able to gain trust of any agent. Just call one or two and discuss your issue. If it doesn't work out then start calling more.
