I would like to make a swap with one flat I owe in Dubai.- in Jouri 4 in Jumeirah Village Soutrh But it should not be with the real estate that is in charge of the development - Almasah International - as the swap deals they propose are not good- logically same price as original price of the flat.
Can you recommend some real estae agencies which I should contact in that respect?

I would recommend you to go to the "Agents" section of Bayut for searching real estate agencies. Mostly agents you will find in this section are not in charge of development. Thanks for your reply. Howver, I know the agents section BUt there are so many that it is difficult to choose for an outsider. This is why I am seeking advice on which ones I should prioritise

Before you start contacting other agents, you would need to check with your developer if they will allow swaps with other people/agents and in other buildings.
If yes, then your best bet is to contact a few agents who actively deal in JVS and inquire about possible swap options.
