Some have been already handed over. These include Diamond Views 1 and 2. I think Diamond Views 3 and 4 are also on schedule, almost. If you are looking to rent a property there then properties in Diamond Views 1 and 2 are already available for rent in the market.
I invested in a project there which has been delayed by a year and a half unfortunately, so I am guessing that there are a few more delayed projects there.
If you are looking to invest there then I feel this is the best time. The area is ideally located and is pretty close to Marina, JLT, etc. The price for ready properties is around 800 AED per sq ft. Where as in Marina the prices seem to be much higher.
If you are looking for offplan properties then you should be able to get an apartment at 725 AED per sq ft. I am selling some myself at this rate :)
