As recently numerous projects have been shut down on the basis of specific requirements. Still 220 projects had been evaluated and allowed to go on to its completion stage. What you think about these projects, will they be also become a part of closed projects for they will bloom to satisfy the investors?

Hi Avelina,
I was surprised when I came across such a news that still 220 projects are going on in Dubai. This shows that Dubai real estate and construction industry has such a huge potential in it to carry on projects in so much large numbers even at this time of crisis but other side of the picture is that Dubai property business was affected by crisis mainly due to over supply of commercial and residential apartments and completion of these 220 projects can also cause in worsening of current Dubai real estate crisis.

Hi Avelina,

220 projects are under development in Dubai simultaneously it will definitely bring big riches if the circumstances stay favorable. On the other side, it completely depends on the situation and time will decide their fate.

Hi,

Avelina I think that the remaining 220 projects will be successfully completed as RERA must have conducted proper evaluations which also includes checking of supporting investment of investors.

Although these projects will further flood the real estate market but lets hope that Dubai government should bring any change in its policies to again give a boost to Dubai real estate market.

Cheers,
Abdul Hakim

Ya, I have the same conception that after RERA has taken such a daring step, these projects would be of some value and are permitted to complete their milestone.

Such steps can help Dubai to regain the trust of investors.
