I believe the construction for the foundation was started last year July/ August as I saw from the RERA website photos & reports. However, I wonder any further work has been done since then? Is there a completion date as I was originally told end of 2007?
The reason behind uncertainty in the exact completion date for this project or any other ongoing project is that the current conditions of Dubai real estate is not going so good. As still Dubai real estate has not fully overcome the recession.
But be with hope as Real estate sector has started its upward journey. R & R Tower will soon be completed. To get exact date you will need to contact the Developers of this project.
Is there a valid contactable number for the developer?
I was told it is SATNAM Sing, with contact no: 043434460 but I had no response?
Is anyone living near Jumeirah Village South, plot no:274? A photo of this development will be much appreciated? Or a contactable no for the developer is also much appreciated.
Thanks to all for your helpful comments. Specially to Blss Felton. I managed to make contact with the developers finally and they have told me that the base is done and they will complete by Dec 2011. However, I wll have to see it in order to believe it...
