I'm constantly bombarded by speculative emails from Agents who have somehow obtained my name, email address and property details.
Where are they getting this from, the developer (Emaar) or Dubai Land Registry? As far as I'm concerned my details are private and I'm unhappy for all and sundry to get access to them. Is there a way to prevent this happening?
I believe your email address and other property information has somehow leaked and is now available to different agents, who will obviously exploit the situation and send promotion material on a regular basis.
I would advise that you place some filters in your email account to block their emails, additionally you can get your details updated with Emaar and perhaps consider using an alternate email address, one created specifically for this purpose.
Unfortunately as your information has already leaked, there are not many options available to counter the effects of this.
