Can anyone help me with home loan rates in Dubai? Which bank offers the lowest rate? Saw an ad by HSBC and CBD offering 6.75% & 5% accordingly, is it over the EIBOR rates or inclusive?

Hi,

According to my information CBD is offering one of the best rates but it is difficult to qualify for their mortgage. There are many other banks and rates vary from one to another.
