Is There Any Way To Get 100% Financing In The UAED Or Down Payment Assistance?

I was wondering if there was any way to get 100% financing on any properties in the UAE at the moment. IF not, what are the highest LTVs available and from who? Also do you have any other suggestions for someone who can easily make mortgage payments, but without the cash for a large down payment? Thanks

Hi,

I don't think that you will be able to get 100% financing from any institution in UAE. Most providers would offer at most around 80% finance, and even this is difficult to obtain in the present circumstances.

In good days you could get higher percentages but not anymore. You can try contacting some mortgage providers like Amlak and determine what they are offering.
