I am the owner of 1 bedroom apartment in GLV building what type of visa can I receive? For how many days will be my visa? What will be the price for my visa?

Hi Mashutka,

If you have property in Dubai then you will get Property owner residence visa which will be valid up to 6 months and will cost you AED 2,000. Its renewal cost is also same.

Besides you should also have minimum salary range of AED 10,000 per month and the property value must be at least AED 1 million.
