Is anyone else having roblems with Al Hamra Real Estate. I have a legal sale agreement with a completion date which is now overdue. Al Hamra attaitude is They are late, They do not care and will let you know when your property is complete. The lagal document will only apply if you the purchase defaults.Should I seek legal advice

Hi,

My advice would be to show a little patience as even in good days in 2004 - 2007 property by developers use to get delayed and barely the penalty fee was imposed. They would simply say please wait till we deliver.

Have they specified the delay period? If its by a few months then simply wait it out, however if its indefinite then you should consult a real estate lawyer or a legal expert. There are particular RERA laws to deal with such issues.

Could you explain what do you mean by purchasing defaults?
