I have offices in tower on hold since 1 year , what probability have I to recoup all money or a part with an arbitration , I think is better than process. Are other arbitration allowed to recoup money ?

Hi,

I am not sure what is the probability and you would need to discuss this with your developer, if they are willing to offer any deal instead.

I know for sure that certain companies and developers have offered properties in alternative buildings as a replacement. Please check with your developer and RERA is this option is available or not.

Furthermore, you might need to consult a legal advisor to make this possible. You need something solid to make a case for a successful arbitration. Additionally if you are thinking of getting your funds back, then in most likelihood you can pretty much forget about it. For projects which have been delayed, there is no refunding of the payments, had it been that this project was getting totally scrapped, then you stood a chance of getting your funds back via RERA.

Anyhow, all the best for future and do let us know if you manage to get your money back.
