I would say all the four Al Reef communities are best in design and provide great comfort to its residents. It depends on you which design appeals to you more and which features are more attractive to you. If you are looking forward to buying a property in Al Reef i would suggest you to conduct a survey of all the communities and then decide which one is best for you.
If I would be at your place, I would have invested in Al-Reef Arabic community because the structure of the building and designs appeals to me very much. Secondly, I feel the level of the comfort which these properties provide are enough to enjoy a comfortable living.Thirdly, I am a very social person and as Al Reef Arabic community has more buildings, so in this way i can increase the chances of making friends with many. :)
