You have not mentioned what does "affordable" amount mean to you. You do not want to contact the agents as well then few options are left to search your desired property. One is search 3 bedroom apartment at bayut.com by entering all specifications.

I would second with Arub on all the options and methods she have advised. Dubai real estate market is quite a big one and you will definitely need a real estate agent to get a property on Affordable price. Deal with any good and reputed real estate agent and for sure you will end the deal happily.
