I see the price , but it's very difficult now to sell off plan or not ?

Hi,

You are correct, it is indeed very difficult to sell off-plan and you will be very lucky if you can grab a quick sale. If your offering is very attractive, that is well below the market rate perhaps you might be able to sell it quickly, otherwise as mentioned before the conditions are not favorable at all.
