I would suggest you to contact the listing agent of the property and ask him to arrange your visit to that property at any suitable time. Rest I could not understand the term "association fee", kindly elaborate this term so I can explain it to you.

Hi Sabah,

As per my information the service charges for the apartment are as follows.

13.28 AED/ Sq.ft including balcony area and AED 6.00/ Sq.ft for the Chiller for built-up area.
