My situation is my friend is trying to sell me an apartment in an area called Arjan near Dubai Land (Lincoln Park project). I wanted to do some re search about the area so I came across your website and noticed about four projects for sale in the area. Would you kindly advise me about the area I myself have never be to Dubai so i do not know much about the country. I trust that you have good knowledge and I would welcome your judgment on this issue. The location in my opinion is just about average. Could you please specify the asking price and apartment type?
If you have the funds available then I would recommend investing in much posher and high demand areas like Marina, Business Bay or Jumeirah Lake Towers. Property is at it lowest and investing now would make sense. Especially for the areas I have mentioned, you are not likely to see such low prices ever in the future.
