The normal brokerage fee for most of the agencies is as follows.
Rentals: 5% of the rental value.
Sale: 2% of the sale value.
These rates may vary from one agency to another depending on their commitment and response. The rates will generally be higher than this but not lower.
I am not sure about annual car parking? Different buildings have different criteria, however if you rent or buy an apartment, usually there is one allotted parking space which comes with the apartment. For larger apartments there might be more spaces.
