Actualy we are interested in a 4 bed rooms villa in alreef with a left side kitchen . we feel that left side kitchen makes the house
looks more spacious, since the living room on the right. wondering if alreef residents agree with this.
I would also advise to leave your request in the wanted section free of cost and let agents and potential property sellers contact you directly with their offerings.

The construction of the house matters in this regard. Having a kitchen on the right or left doesn't makes the overall house spacious this what I think. See how houses are constructed and placement of kitchen could be anywhere as per the construction design.

I second to Avelina. If you are not satisfied with the floor plan of Al Reef Villas, you can search 4-bedroom villa in any other area or housing scheme.
You can visit bayut.com and search 4-bedroom villas and view their floor plans and then choose the one that match your requirements exactly.
I didn't mention that i don't like the floor plan of Al Reef. Actualy I love it & we're definately going to get a house there. And if you read my comment, you'll find that we are just in a stage of deciding which one to take. so i was just taking openions on the side of the kitchen. because left side kitchen makes me feel more comfortable around the house. That's all...

Nice to hear that you got what you were looking for. Actually i did not get your query of left side kitchen vs. right side kitchen. That is why, I suggested to look 4 bedroom apartment somewhere else.
