I have been reading in many blogs and communities that Dubai property is facing much crisis. But what if it has scope of regaining its worth back, then is Dubai property a good option for investors?
I believe that a few localities or sectors within the market are already stable and some are still seeing a downward trend. All in all the market prices are nearly, or at some places exactly at the point where they were at the time of launch.
So keeping that in view I believe investing now can be a good option as the property is more affordable. However the only options that should be considered are completed properties. Off plan properties are still on hold apart from a few selected ones and if you are a lump sum buyer then do not consider these. If you want to buy in installments then do proper research and only go for reputed and well known developers but make sure to check on the development status through the land department or RERA.
Just a quick reminder, we will perhaps never see the same gains as we did in the last few years, therefore as an investor you should now be thinking long term only.
