I consider both Falcon and Al Khor towers good places to live in Ajman, it depends on you which suits you the best. Al Khor towers have lake front location, 1-3 sized apartments mostly, good parking area and state of the art construction. All the properties here are fully air conditioned and these towers are only 5 minutes drive away from the center of the city.

On the other hand, Falcon towers have more properties as compared to the properties in Al Khor towers. Its each floor is equipped with three elevators and it has an awesome parking area. If you like living in complete privacy, Falcon tower is better since it is uniquely designed to provide complete privacy along with the splendid view of the rooms.

The facilities in Falcon towers are more as compared to Al Khor towers. Falcon towers also have a Sauna and stream bath, games area, central A.c, Fresh air system, swimming pool and a good security system.

If I would be at your place, I would have preferred Falcon towers. Rest you can also visit the properties in these two towers and can then decide which one suits you the best. Besides that, Horizon towers, Lake towers, Corniche towers and Rashidiya Tower are also very good to buy and live in. You can search their individual features online.

thanks for your reply ,I appreciate it. I invested in a property on Emirates city(Shami Towers) but thats not being built,I think you no about the problems in Emirates city. I am coming over to Ajman in Feb,so will look at these towers.Once again Madiha, thanks again.
