I am planning to buy a two bed room apt in bay central west, knowing that I am a cash buyer
Shud I go for the Dubai marina versus the address lake hotel that I also liked

Both the properties are premium and will be great in terms of value for investment. In my personal opinion Dubai Marina has always remained in higher demand as compared to Business Bay and is the most preferred place for living, primarily because of the Marina, Beach access, closer to Media and Internet City, high rental demand etc.
I would consider Dubai Marina over Business Bay, having said that its a tough decision to select between the two as both would be great investments.

i suggest that the Dubai Marina is more value more demand always
and nice community living in Dubai Marina and less polation coz closeser to the beach

I am leaning toward The Marina to, not only Because it is more designated residential neighborhood, but also I will get double the square footage for my money, and space always win on the long run ( two BR vs a studio)
