Hi,

Reasons for not selling could be plenty and may include.

Firstly, you need to UP your advertising, possibly advertise your property as a HOT property or purchase a banner ad. You will get 400 to 500% more response and this will increase your chances of selling.

Secondly, the present real estate climate is not that great and there are not many investors looking to purchase a plot for further construction.

Lastly, have some patience. Its a buyers market and they are very choosy, so you need to be persistent and hopefully should strike a deal soon.
