I want to buy n then put it for rent just for sake of investment
but not interested in international city
amount is 400000 to 430000
can anybody advise ,anywhere shud be a good investment

You could might consider buying something in Discovery Garden or probably even a small ! bedroom or studio in Jumeirah Lakes Tower.

First Preference: Marina
Seocnd: Business Bay
Third: Jumeirah Lake Towers
Fourth: Discovery Gardens
