In my opinion, though Dubai and Abu Dhabi are severely hit by current economic and financial crisis and still these two states are striving to come out of this crisis but now Dubai and Abu Dhabi are now in a much more better condition than these states were at the start of global economic crisis. There are symptoms of recovery in economic condition of these two states and I am optimistic that stock markets will recover in the next 12-18 months. However, risk is always there in stock market and nothing is certain.
