Hi There, Is it worth buying a Villa in Al Reef Abu Dhabi. I am an expat and the property is only leasehold. Is there issues with the build quality and is paying 1.3M good value for money for a 3 bedroom villa rather paying rents in excess of 130k pa?
As you say that the particular villa where you want to invest is leasehold then I would suggest you that before paying 1.3M, you must check out the contract period. If the contract is for the long run, then it will be profitable for you to invest in this villa than to pay rent. In short, all that matters is the contract duration and the fact that you are taking this villa for yourself or you have some plans to rent it out further to someone else as well.
To check the construction quality of the villa, you must visit the property with an expert, so that you will not repent further on your decision.
