Im investigating this from the uk but its very hard to find the real market prices. I have seen a 2 bed property at 400,000 but it seems very high in a depressed market. Any thoughts on it.
I have checked the 2 bedroom apartment prices located in Moon Tower 2, Sharjah. The prices of properties enlisted over Bayut fall between AED400,000 and AED430,000. Therefore, the asking price seems correct to me. However, you can ask the listing agent to lower down the price, if he can. Otherwise, I would suggest you to check other apartments matching to your budget.
As indicated by Arub, the property on Bayut was added almost a month ago and for a 2 bed it seems like an ok price to me. The location of the tower is very close to Corniche and this is the most posh area of Sharjah.
Additionally if you look into properties in Al Nahda area in Sharjah, you would get roughly the same range for all properties.
